1. Digital Product Information

All products available on RevampReach LLC are digital software licenses, including antivirus and cybersecurity solutions, delivered electronically after purchase.

As digital licenses may be issued shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests are subject to limited conditions.

2. Cancellation Before License Issuance

An order may be considered for cancellation only if:

  • The cancellation request is submitted before the license key has been generated or delivered

  • The order has not entered the processing or fulfillment stage

Once a license key is issued or sent, the order is treated as completed and cannot be canceled.

3. Cancellation After Delivery

If a digital license has already been delivered:

  • The order is no longer eligible for cancellation

  • Any refund eligibility will be assessed under the applicable Refund Policy and the software provider’s licensing terms

RevampReach LLC does not reverse fulfilled digital deliveries.

4. Subscription or Auto-Renewal Products

For products that include subscription or automatic renewal features:

  • Future renewals must be managed directly through the official platform or account dashboard of the software provider

  • RevampReach LLC does not control renewal settings after a license has been activated

  • Email address used during checkout

  • Reason for the cancellation request
